1. Free Webinar - 🌈 DEI Beyond the Optics: Moving from Tokenism to Structural Change

February was very good to us!
We hosted the 1st Berlin Talent Meet-up (yes, we are competitive like that) and also, the 1st Executive Experience of 2025 😉.
The feedback was insane:
“Really liked the community space, it is great to have first hand examples of how people in the community mastered (or tried to) themes that affect our daily work life. Inspiring!”
We also ran the 1st Webinar of 2025 and we managed to get 400 people registering for it. Crazy 😁.

1. Executive Experience - The Art of Talent: Berlin’s First Artisanal Networking Evening for Talent Executives
The event was organised in collaboration with Tina Experiences, one of our exclusive partners.
Our sponsor for the night was Ashby and we were, as usual, accompanies by the lovely Willem, who seems to be a really strong fan of our work 🥰.
2. Community Gathering / Meetup - The Talent Crunch Stage - Quality of Hire and the Future of Recruitment
Despite all the buzz about AI, the key challenge of how to measure, understand, and improve the Quality of Hire remains unresolved. Misused tools, lack of education, or simply low engagement have left this vital topic misunderstood.
For the first time, we gave the stage back to our Talent Crunch community.
With Ashby’s support, this event featured insights, stories, and strategies directly from you, the people shaping the future of talent.
🙌 We have Jessie and Andreea as the first courageous Community Stage Speakers, and Selcan and Eleonora helped run a very interesting Fireside chat.
We also ran a “Catch the Bouquet” 💐 challenge and Robin should now be our next Community Stage Speaker at our upcoming event.

3. Free Webinar - Employee Referral Benchmarks & Strategies for Success
